Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress, best famous for her role in Beta Saajan and Hum Aapke Hai Koun, and Beta Saajan. The actress was initially famous for her 1980s role in Tezaab, in which she co-starred with an established actor Anil Koopor. Then, she starred alongside Aamir as part of Dil. In Mumbai, she was raised by middle class parents. At a very young age, she began to learn dance. She ventured into acting as an infant and was struggling through a couple of years since the majority of her first film projects were unsuccessful. In the end, she was one of the most famous actresses in Indian films. Following her wedding ceremony, she took a brief time off from her acting career prior to returning. More recently she played in a crucial role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggles of women living in India. Dixit has been nominated 15 times to win Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of the awards. She was also honored with the Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honor in India. In addition, she has been recognized for her work in the field of social work.
